Yes. Hifazat Guard provides a daily allowance of free security checks without requiring an account. Signing in provides unlimited checks.

Hifazat asks only for the permissions each feature needs and explains every request on screen before asking. These include the access used by always-on protection, SMS scanning and call screening. Every permission is optional during setup — you can skip any of them and grant it later from the feature that needs it. The getting started guide walks through the setup steps.

Yes. Hifazat provides an English and Urdu interface and daily security tips in both languages.

Yes. Hifazat shows daily scam-awareness guidance relevant to Pakistan, in both English and Urdu.

Guard Protection is the always-on layer: a secure-DNS VPN filters phishing and malicious websites system-wide, while SMS scanning and call screening watch what arrives. The first time you turn it on, Android shows a VPN consent screen. The filter runs on your device, and your traffic is not routed to a Hifazat server.

Yes. Hifazat provides link checking and Secure DNS protection designed to help block phishing and malicious websites system-wide.

Yes. Real-time SMS protection runs in the background and flags suspicious messages as they arrive, using the same assessment as the manual Message Checker.

Yes. With call screening enabled, incoming calls are checked against signals associated with suspicious or reported numbers, and you are warned before or as the call comes in. A warning is a signal, not a verdict.

Kids Mode locks the apps you choose behind a parent PIN, filters website categories that are unsuitable for children, and can follow a bedtime schedule on a child's device.

Focus Mode lets you create schedules that block distracting website categories during study or work hours, using the same filtering technology as the Kids Mode web filter.

Yes. Pair family devices with a one-time code or QR, follow the daily report on the Family Dashboard, and receive alerts when something is blocked on a family device. Family features require an account, and pairing shares protection status and blocked-threat summaries, not message content.

The Secure DNS VPN is designed to operate on-device without a server and without server-side traffic logging.

No. Security checks are signals designed to help users make safer decisions. No security service can guarantee that every scam or malicious item will be detected.

You can delete your account in the app from Settings → Profile → Delete account, or on the web using the account deletion page. On the web, enter your account email and Hifazat sends a 6-digit verification code; entering it deletes your account and data. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, and if you are the only parent in a family, the entire family is deleted with your account.
