Hifazat Guard user guide

Getting started with Hifazat Guard.

Set up the app in about five minutes: install, choose your language, accept the terms, walk through the optional permissions and learn your way around the Home screen.

Before you start

Hifazat Guard runs on Android and iOS phones. You do not need an account to start using the app. Every security check works with a free daily allowance, and you can sign in later for unlimited checks.

Step 1: Install the app

Download Hifazat Guard from the download section on the home page and open it. On first launch the app asks a few short questions before dropping you on the Home screen.

Step 2: Choose your language

Pick English or Urdu. The whole app, from menus and results to warnings and the daily security tips, follows your choice. You can switch language at any time later in Settings.

Step 3: Accept the terms

Review and accept the privacy policy and terms of use. Hifazat states that it does not sell user data and does not use advertising in the product.

Step 4: Walk through the optional permissions

The app asks for a small number of permissions, each explained on screen before it is requested. These let features like always-on protection, SMS scanning and call screening do their job. Every permission is optional at this stage. You can skip any of them and grant it later from the feature that needs it.

Step 5: Learn the Home screen

The Home screen is your base: it shows your protection status at the top, the security checks below it, and a daily security tip in English or Urdu. From here you can reach every other part of the app: scans, Kids Mode, Focus Mode, family and settings.

About the daily free checks

Without an account you get a daily allowance of free security checks. When the allowance runs out, checks resume the next day, or you can sign in for unlimited checks at any time.

Recommended: after setup, turn on Guard Protection so you are covered between manual checks. See How Guard Protection Works.
